1. Period These terms are for the periods displayed as Semester 1 and Semester 2. The date format is displayed as DD MMM YYYYY (e.g. 01 Jan 2021). |

2. Appointed Distributor Your appointed distributor(s) will be displayed here in no particular order. You will need to enter a minimum of one (1) appointed distributor or up to a maximum of three (3) appointed distributors in order to continue. If you only have one (1) appointed distributor, not to worry, just fill up the option of Distributor Name 1 and leave the other two optional fields blank.
3.1 Purchase Commitment The purchase commitment will be filled in by retailers, indicating both targets for Semester 1 and Semester 2. Your incentives will be based on the purchase commitment entered into the agreement. |

3.2 Incentive The value incentive scheme is displayed in the agreement, with the incentive amounts highlighted for each respective volume achieved during the semester. |

4. Fill complete and correct information in the RPP application form Please fill up the RPP application form with complete and correct information to ensure a smooth registration process.
5. Incentive Payments Incentive payments will be made after each semester, with a maximum of 90 days after the semester end date (Semester 1 - June, Semester 2 - December). This is provided that all purchase information has been verified and sent in by the appointed distributors. |

6. Form of incentive Incentives will be paid out via bank transfer or as determined by the company.
7. Other Provisions Retailers are to abide by these other provisions stated in the RPP Agreement.
